Citizens Advice Guernsey is available to all living in the Bailiwick. As laws can vary between the Islands, you will just need to let us know where you are calling from.

There is no need to come to Guernsey to see us as most of our advice can be given by phone. If you would prefer you can phone to arrange to speak to us by Microsoft Teams if a face to face digital meeting is preferred.

We are happy to offer General Advice and Information during our opening hours.  If you would like a face to face appointment, please call to book a time on Tel: 242266.

If you would like to speak to one of our Money Advisers about budgeting or unmanageable debt this can be available by appointment. We will do our best to overcome any additional problems caused by our being based in Guernsey.
